Job training is a labor market service that includes activities that promote job search, including motivation, socialization, job search and teaching of social skills that support employment. As a result of the service, the unemployed person is ready to continue with other services offered by the unemployment fund or to enter the labor markete.
The purpose of the work exercise is to increase a person's readiness for work and to prepare him for participation in other active labor market measures or for starting a job. The output of the exercise is an activated client who moves on to the following specific activity, which the client himself, in cooperation with the supervisor, has worked on.selected during the training and which will be revealed at the end of the job training.
