- Description:
- The purpose of the procurement is to conclude the purchase of X-ray contrast agents based on the names and descriptions given in Appendix 1. This procurement is divided into 10 parts. The offer can be submitted either for one or several parts. Framework contracts are concluded according to Appendix 2 (1 supplier) or Appendix 3 (2 suppliers) under conditions. In the event that the same bidder is recognized as successful in several parts, a single framework contract covering all relevant parts of the procurement will be concluded with him. The expected quantities indicated in Annex 1 are based on the previous experience of the supplier and are not a framework contract binding upon execution. The supplier orders products according to the actual need arising from the provision of healthcare services.
