- Brief description of the tender: The purpose of the tender is to conclude the purchase of X-ray contrast agents based on the names and descriptions given in Appendix 1.
The offer can be submitted either for one or several parts.
Framework contracts are concluded according to Appendix 2 (1 supplier) or Appendix 3 (2 suppliers) conditions. In the event that the same bidder is recognized as successful in several parts, a single framework contract covering all relevant parts of the procurement will be concluded with him.
The expected quantities indicated in Annex 1 are based on the previous experience of the procurer and are not binding for the execution of the framework contract. The supplier orders the products accordingly to the actual need arising in the provision of healthcare services. The procurer is entitled to 30% of the price of the tender for the quantity of goods to be purchased for each part and for each procurer increase. - Documents:
